We apply a chemical solution using low-pressure equipment making sure all plants, decking etc are protected pre treatment. We than allow the solution to sit for 10-15 minutes to break down contaminants. After allowing 10-15 minutes we gently rinse with low-pressure water to remove the solution and all contaminants from your property.
